Passed my Element 3 test last night with 100% !!!

I’m now an Amateur Radio General Class operator and can get on the HF bands.  (If I can get an antenna and get it put up somewhere.)

Kind of sort of getting a little worried now.  But more, I’m getting really bored sitting around all day at home trying to find something worth while to do.

I have been studying to take my Amateur radio General exam.  Taking it tonight and I’m pretty sure I’ll knock it out of the park.  uggg.

Is it sad that I’m less pissed off at the fact that you have a tiny donkey with you at the checkout than I am that you are using a coin purse? God I hate waiting in line for someone to fish out 47 cents! I would literally rather be kicked in the face by a donkey.

Caller: “It’s giving me a message telling me I need a snake to run it.”

Me: “Read the message to me please.”

Caller: “Error: Python required to run script.”

This is one heck of a cool  RC Helicopter.  7 feet long with a jet engine and FLIR.  Not to mention the guns and grenade launchers.

 

I’m getting a new power head Vortec MP40m ES and a controller, Neptune APEX.  The complete package.

The power head will gently push 3200 GPH of water.  It’s programmable so I can create waves and do other cool stuff with it.

The APEX is a controller / monitor that can control just about everything in the tank. It also monitors temp, PH, ORP, and salinity.  The best part is it makes everything available over the internet with charts and graphs.

Over the next few days it looks like I’m going to be learning how to program all of this.
